- First, she is getting charged with three counts because there were 2 children in the house with the man at the time of the shooting. Second, the bullet ricocheted off of the wall past his head and bounced into the ceiling. So basically she was aiming at him and missed.

- Because it was not profitable to separate the slim strip of lean meat from the fat by hand. Modern industry made it possible to better utilize the cows. Thats why.

- False. Mechanically separated meat is meat that is attached to the bones that is then ground up bone and all before being put into a centrifuge to separate the meat from everything else. This meat is not processed in that manner. Good try though.
